Furniture should come with a story, not cheap tools and an instruction manual. We are a full-service wood-shop offering everything from tree cutting to finished furniture projects.
Since 2007 APOC has been rescuing and upcycling good wood. In our infancy, we rescued building materials from structures slated for demolition. We loved the work, but found the wood was sub par for the quality of furniture we seek. Cleveland is a Forest City, with a huge variety of native and exotic species growing all around. We painstakingly remove unwanted trees from the city in order to rescue them for reuse. We handcraft each piece out of local sustainably harvested lumber into generational quality furniture.
